What is the cancellation policy of All-Suite Zwieselstein?
If you decide to book a stay at our resort the following policy applies:
For bookings and alterations to your booking made in summer 22 (May, June, September and October) we charge the following fees:

|from 7 to 0 days prior to arrival:||100 % cancellation fee|
For bookings and alterations to your booking made in summer 22 (July and August) we charge the following fees:

|from 20 to 15 days prior to arrival:||40 % cancellation fee|

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in winter 22/23 (except christmas, new years and carnival season) we charge the following fees:

|from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival:||40 % cancellation fee|
|from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival:||70 % cancellation fee|

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in winter 22/23 (christmas, new years and carnival season) we charge the following fees:

|from 41 to 30 days prior to arrival:||40 % cancellation fee|
|from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival:||70 % cancellation fee|
|from 14 - 0 days prior to arrival:||100 % cancellation fee|
Please note that reservations can only be cancelled in written.
In the event of an official border or hotel closure (travel ban), you can also cancel or rebook at short notice free of charge. Please note: A travel warning is not a travel ban. In the event of verifiable, mandatory quarantine, we will grant you a one-off rebooking free of charge until the end of the year. A rebooking is possible up to 1 week before arrival.
We recommend you to take a travel cancellation insurance with „Europäische Reiseversicherung“ which you can find here.
When can I check-in?
Your apartment will be ready for you on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm. Please vacate your apartment on departure day by 10.00 am.
How much do you charge for the final cleaning of my apartment?
We charge € 150 for the final cleaning (as well as for additional cleaning service during your stay).

Of course! We gladly make your beds fresh and provide new towels in your apartment.
For this service we charge the following fees:
Change of towels: € 8,00 per person/change
Change of bed linen: € 15,00 per person/change
Can I have my apartment cleaned during my stay?
Yes, of course. We charge a fee of € 150 for the additional cleaning of your apartment.
Do I have to make a deposit and how can I pay it?
To confirm your booking, we require a 40 % deposit of the total booking sum. You can pay it by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Maestro and V Pay) or by bank transfer to our bank account. We ask you to pay the remaining 60 % no later than 14 days before your arrival. If we have not received the payment 14 days before your arrival, we will send you a payment request. If you book less than 14 days prior to arrival the total sum is due upon booking.

Do you charge any taxes or fees additionally?
All taxes and fees are included in the apartment price, except the fee for final cleaning and tourism tax. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per person per night (for persons born in 2005 or earlier).
Can I have an extra bed in my apartment?
We gladly make the sofa in your living room an extra bed. We charge € 35.00 per person/ night (during off-season/Easter/early summer and autumn) and € 45.00 for peak season times (Christmas, New Year, winter and summer). Children under two years of age are accommodated free of charge. We gladly provide a cot for € 50.00 per stay or a high chair for € 30.00 per stay for your child. Please inform us upon booking about your wishes and needs.
Can I take my dog with me to All-Suite Zwieselstein?
Yes, your four-legged friend is welcome at All-Suite Zwieselstein as well. But it is required to inform us upon booking. We charge a fee of € 20.00 per dog/day.
In our apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms one dog is allowed.
In our apartments with 3 bedrooms two dogs are allowed.
Can I charge my electric car at All-Suite?
We provide an electric charging station for your vehicle in our garage.
Where can I park my car?
Our resort has free parking for our direct bookers.
Where can I go to eat out in Zwieselstein?
Zwieselstein, nestling directly at the crossing of the Gurgler and Venter Valley has always been a meeting place for locals and travellers. Cherishing this tradition, the locals and guests of the region are still meeting in the inns of the village to have a chat and enjoy the food.
In the heart of Zwieselstein and just a few-minute’s-walk from your apartment you can savour the dishes served at Gasthof Zwieselstein, Restaurant Neue Post or Gasthof Brückenwirt. There you are treated with traditional Tyrolean cuisine – from savoury to sweet. On the mountains you can find a lot of huts and restaurants for your break in between your hikes or skiing adventures – in summer and winter.
In Sölden, only a few minutes to drive, you can indulge in delicacies from Italian classics to internationally-renowned cuisine.
Where can I go shopping?
In Sölden there is a Spar and a M-preis supermarket. There you can do your grocery shopping and find hygiene articles.
Are there any take-away restaurants or a delivery service?
Some restaurants in Sölden offer delivery service to your apartment. If you do not want to cater for yourselves, but still eat together, seated around the dining table of your apartment, you can try one of the take-away restaurants nearby. Choose from pizza, traditional Tyrolean specialities and international classics.

Yes, you can use the washing machine in the laundry room. Please don’t forget to bring a detergent.
