An ambitious project with natural trails, exciting lines, Enduro routes and two pump tracks – so why not grab your bike and head out to explore? You can improve your skills at the bike school or rent your bike at one of the rental and service stations throughout the valley. Park your bike comfortably in our bike room. 

Highlights for kids are waiting at every corner of the Ötztal valley. The nature around Zwieselstein offers manifold outdoor adventures, giving you the opportunity to explore the scenery while hiking, biking or climbing in the region. At the Ötzi-Dorf you are taken on a journey through the history of the valley, afterwards you can admire the Birds of Prey Park. More action is waiting in the AREA 47 or, the more tranquil version of water, in one of the swimming lakes or pools of the valley.

After your legs have performed during hiking or biking, you should give them a little rest with a sense of weightlessness in the comfortable water. At the thermal bath Aqua Dome you can unwind in the exquisite sauna and wellness facilities. Families will find more action in the Freizeit Arena Sölden with a family slide and attractions for all guests. Those daring more should not miss a visit to the adrenaline-fuelled experiences at AREA 47. Or simply choose to retreat to one of the swimming lakes in the Ötztal, boasting crystal-clear water surrounded by idyllic landscape.

The Ötztaler Ache guarantees to excite you with the wildest waters, thundering white-water and a lot of rapids. Guide your raft or kayak safely through the flood. Famous, far beyond the borders of the Ötztal Valley, are the challenges provided by mother nature in the Auer Klamm for those who go on a canyoning tour. Climb along steep walls, take a long jump into the abyss and enjoy an inside view of the beauty of unspoilt nature guided by well-trained instructors.

One is simply not enough and higher is always better. The two climbing areas in Sölden beckon beginners and sports climbers with challenging climbs, walls, slabs, cracks and spectacular view. The climbing area of the Freizeit Arena is a challenge for experienced climbers, while at the Moosalm also families can make their first moves on the rocks. The Via Ferrates in Obergurgl, Moosalm and Schwärzenkamm are celebrated as places for adventures.
